Dave Turchin helps high-growth technology companies hire exceptional sales talent that drives real revenue outcomes. With more than a decade of experience selling enterprise software himself, Dave understands firsthand what separates an average salesperson from a true top performer.

Before moving into recruiting, Dave built his career in enterprise sales at leading technology companies, including MongoDB, MuleSoft, MariaDB, and SentinelOne. In these roles, he sold complex platforms across cloud infrastructure, developer tools, and cybersecurity, working closely with founders, CROs, and sales leaders at some of the fastest-growing companies in the industry.

That experience now gives Dave a unique advantage as a recruiter. Having carried a quota and worked inside modern SaaS sales organizations, he understands what great looks like when building revenue teams and how to identify the traits that make salespeople successful in high-growth environments.

Today, Dave partners with venture-backed startups and scaling technology companies to identify, attract, and close top sales talent. His network includes high-performing account executives, sales leaders, and go-to-market operators across the startup and enterprise technology ecosystem.

Marynol Tayo

Marynol has spent the past 12 years heading up operations for The Melanie Andersen Agency, overseeing the systems and processes that enable the agency to deliver efficient, high-quality recruitment services.

She assists with the full recruitment operations cycle, including candidate research, maintaining a robust talent pipeline, executing targeted outreach campaigns, coordinating interviews and assessments, and managing client communications. She also streamlines internal workflows, implements tools and templates, and monitors reporting systems to track recruitment performance.

Through these operational processes, she ensures that both clients and candidates experience a consistent, structured, and well-managed recruitment journey while supporting the agency’s ability to meet placement targets and maintain service quality.

In addition, Marynol monitors key performance metrics, identifies areas for operational improvement, and implements process enhancements to support placements. She oversees documentation standards, ensures compliance with recruitment guidelines, and coordinates with the team to maintain efficiency across all recruitment functions.
