As part of a network of international agencies, our client creates very innovative work (with an emphasis on packaging) for an enviable roster of luxury, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands. They seek an entrepreneurial and strategic Head of Marketing and New Business to uniquely position their philosophy and services and target interesting and relevant new clients in order to grow the agency’s presence in the US market.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Position the agency in a unique and compelling way in order to attract and buy in new clients
Target relevant and “sexy” new clients in the American market
Help to manage and nurture existing business from an account management perspective
Strong branding/packaging background
New Business and marketing experience
Come equipped with an existing rolodex/network on fashion, beauty, luxury, and lifestyle contacts
Very entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to thrive in a small, creative, and fast-paced environment
Very strategic thinker
Team player and ability to roll sleeves up and jump into projects head first, wearing multiple hats when necessary
Possesses a voice and a philosophy
Ability to troubleshoot issues very efficiently and professionally
